KIDS & TEENS COOKING CLASSES
Our hands-on cooking lessons are perfect for young chefs of all skill levels. Our pediatric dietitian will show your child how to prepare nourishing meals while covering the basics of food science and nutrition along the way. Our classes are designed to encourage food curiosity and exploration. Students will develop a deeper understanding of how to nourish themselves while building a healthy connection with food.
HOW IT WORKS
Each session accommodates up to 6 students and is grouped by age for best learning. Sessions are held in our dietitian's very own home kitchen. Private sessions in your home are available upon request. Each class reviews basic food safety and knife skills. Meals are enjoyed together at our community table.

This three-hour after school cooking session includes preparation of one afternoon snack and one evening meal. Recipes rotate based on seasonal availability and nutrition themes.

This four-hour weekend session packs in the preparation of one morning snack, one lunch meal, one dessert and one beverage. Recipes rotate based on seasonal availability and nutrition themes.

Students will learn to improvise and problem-solve in the kitchen, building the skills needed to handle challenges independently outside the kitchen.
